disclaimer

Welcome to our website. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and the purchase of any artwork, products, or commission services from us. By browsing this website, placing an order, or entering into a commission agreement, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, custom designs, patterns, photographs, text, and graphics displayed on this website are the sole intellectual property of the artist. The purchase of a physical piece of stained glass art—whether pre-made or custom-commissioned—does not transfer copyright to the buyer.

  • Personal Use Only: Artwork purchased from this studio is strictly for personal display.

  • Commercial Restrictions: You may not reproduce, resell, modify, distribute, or use the artwork or digital images for commercial purposes, advertising, or mass production without explicit, written consent from the artist.

  • Digital Media: The creation of digital reproductions, NFTs, or use of the artwork for artificial intelligence (AI) training models is strictly prohibited.Product Representation & Material Variations

  • Stained glass is a handmade medium utilizing natural raw materials.

  • Material Characteristics: Glass sheets naturally contain unique textures, bubbles, lines, and color shifts. These are inherent characteristics of the art form and are not considered defects.

  • Digital Appearance: While we make every effort to photograph and describe our artwork accurately under optimal lighting, colors may appear differently depending on your digital screen settings, monitor calibration, and the lighting environment of your space.

Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.

  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase for all pre-made inventory before the order is processed or shipped.

  • Applicable state sales taxes will be calculated and added at checkout based on shipping destination rules.

Limitations of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, the studio and the artist shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website, the handling of raw materials (such as glass edges or solder alloys), or the hanging and installation of the physical artwork. The buyer assumes full responsibility for securely mounting and displaying the artwork safely out of reach of children or pets.
