Custom Art

Product Representation & Material Variations: Stained glass is a handmade medium utilizing natural raw materials.

Material Characteristics: Glass sheets naturally contain unique textures, bubbles, lines, and color shifts. These are inherent characteristics of the art form and are not considered defects.
Digital Appearance: While we make every effort to photograph and describe our artwork accurately under optimal lighting, colors may appear differently depending on your digital screen settings, monitor calibration, and the lighting environment of your space.

Damaged Shipments: If your artwork arrives damaged from transit, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide clear photographic evidence of both the damaged piece and the original packaging. Once verified, we will work with you to arrange a repair, replacement, or refund, and will handle the carrier insurance claim.
Pre-made Items: If you are unsatisfied with a pre-made item, you may return it within 14 days of delivery. The item must be securely packed in its original packaging and arrive in its original, undamaged condition. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping and insurance costs.
Final Sale: Custom commissions, personalized items, and clearance pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

For custom, made-to-order, or commission projects, the following rules apply:

Non-Refundable Deposit: A non-refundable design and materials deposit (typically 50% of the total estimated project cost) is required to secure your place on the production calendar and initiate pattern design.
Approval Milestones: We will provide digital sketches or pattern drafts for your review. Production will not begin until you provide explicit written approval of the final design and color palette. Major design changes requested after approval may incur additional fees.
Final Balance: The remaining balance, plus shipping costs and applicable taxes, must be paid in full upon project completion and prior to shipment.
Project Abandonment: If a commission is completed and the final invoice remains unpaid for more than 60 days without prior arrangement, the project will be deemed abandoned. We reserve the right to retain the deposit and sell the finished piece to another buyer.
